Estimated shipping and delivery timesavailable Rug:

- Available Product : It normally takes approximately 4-10 days. Asia and Australia can take approximately 1-2 weeks as longer.

- Custom Product : It take from 4-10 weeks to weave + 4-10 days of delivery.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a new shipment date. At that time, you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise due to any back up in production. If there is a problem, we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your items within 3 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost.

We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was sent via freight, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and contact us HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.

Product variation

Available Product : It normally takes approximately 4-10 days. Asia and Australia can take approximately 1-2 weeks as longer.

Custom Product : Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, shad and overall rug size (up to 5% in length and width) and (up to 10% in the colors ) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect as we are working Handmade and we don't use any Machine.

Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other features are provided by the manufacturer; Moroccanstylerugs assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
